Fairbridge Chapel

Pinjarra, Western Australia

In late 2018, Stephen Carrick Architects prepared documentation for conservation works to the Fairbridge Chapel, Pinjarra.

The Chapel is located within the former Fairbridge Farm School and served as a place of worship for migrant children and their careers in the early 1900s.

Works commenced in January 2019 and were completed just in time for the Fairbridge Festival in April.

The Chapel has been given a new slate roof and, in turn, a fresh new look.

Thank you to the team at Carter Roofing & Slating for working with us on this project and enabling such an impressive result.

Also, thank you to Fairbridge for the opportunity to undertake the work.
